Can't believe it's March already...

some of the time has been spent battling colds and viruses. I think everyone is better for now (knock on wood!...does that really work?) Anyway.......I guessI've found myself very busy despite. I've booked a bunch of weddings for June of this year, I think I have one for every weekend now. This is a great thing because the wedding business has been slow, just like everything else. I think lowering my prices has helped a lot.

I can't believe it is already 2009....2008 seemed like it had just started and now it's over.

I usually don't do well with resolutions, BUT, this year I am calling them goals. I have plenty of personal goals like get healthy (stay healthy) slow down and get more organized so that I am not always rushing around and stressing myself and my kids out.

What I am really looking forward to in the studio is my new goal of first class customer service. I love my clients and definitely appreciate them, they are all special people who quite often become close friends.

My new customer service goals will reflect my appreciation for them and their confidence and support. If you are one of my clients --- A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO YOU and I hope you see some great new stuff happening! New things to look for will be much faster turn around times for seeing your portrait images as well as faster turn around times for orders. Website photo of the month, monthly newsletter with updates, coupons and special events news. New albums and packaging, a client referral program and of course this new website.

I am always looking for new clients, projects and suggestions. And if you are not yet a client I look forward to working with you in 2009!
